Yes. NWC Comps runs as a skill-based prize competition under the Gambling Act 2005. Every entry requires correctly answering a multiple-choice qualifying question, and we offer a free postal entry route on every competition. No gambling licence is required for skill-based competitions of this format.

All winners are drawn live on our TikTok, Facebook and YouTube channels using a verified random number generator (Google RNG, with the seed and result logged for every draw). Recordings of every draw are kept on file. We never extend a draw — if a competition is sold to capacity early, it draws early; if not all tickets sell, it still draws on time.

Yes. Every car competition has a published tax-free cash alternative. If you win and prefer the cash, we'll BACS it to you within 24 hours of confirming.

Cars are delivered free anywhere in the UK within 14 days of the draw. Cash is paid by BACS within 24 hours. We arrange MOT, tax and full handover at our Kirkham HQ if you'd prefer to collect.

We're a 20+ year established Lancashire dealership group. Every car is owned by us before the competition opens — no third-party sourcing, no last-minute swaps. You can visit the cars at our Kirkham showroom before entering.
